To use certain Ellucian resources you must have an Ellucian Hub account.

Create a hub account

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Ellucian Login Page:
  2. If you do NOT have an account Click on: Sign up for a HUB account at the bottom of the screen
  3. Enter your email address in the Email Address and confirm email address text fields
  4. Complete the 'I'm not a robot'
  5. Click Submit
  6. You will see a registration screen

    If you already have an account you will receive the following message, in which case you should try to login or recover your password if needed
  7. Complete all fields on the registration form
    1. For organization Select: State University of New York College of Technology at Delhi
    2. Make sure you use your email address
  8. Click Submit Registration when you are done - You should receive a confirmation email similar to the message below
  9. Once your account is approved you should receive an email which provides additional instructions on creating a password

Log into the Hub and access training courses 

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Ellucian Login Page:
  2. Enter your Username and Password and click 'Sign In'

    You will likely have different options - that's ok!
  3. Click: Education Svcs NEW
    (NOTE: If this option is not available please contact CIS)
    Below is a partial screenshot of the page that will display
  4. At the top of the page Click: On-Demand Subscription Library
  5. You should then be able to search for courses that are of interest to you
    (NOTE: If you are trying to learn about Banner 9 please make sure that the courses you select are for Banner 9)
    Use the Categories list on the left hand side to navigate through the courses:
