Procedures for payment for development of online courses:

  1. Faculty contact Coordinator of Online Education to review and approve the Online Course.
  2. Once approved, the Coordinator emails approval to Division Secretary and Deans
  3. Division Secretary would complete a Temporary Service/Extra Service Contract and complete a Fund Allocation for Personal Services and get them signed off.
  4. These are forwarded to Provost for approval.
