The start time should be set at least a couple of minutes before the session is to begin because no one can enter the room until the class start time.

How to allow an attendee to share his screen
- Click the Transfer writing control button next to the attendee's name
- The attendee (remote presenter) must click on the Screen Sharing button
- The attendee (remote presenter) must click the "Click to start screen sharing" button in the window that pops up
How to take control back
- Minimize the Screen Share Viewer
- Click the Cancel Writing Control button
The host can access the WiziQ controls while someone is sharing their screen
- Minimize the Screen Share Viewer
- Use any of the controls as needed
- Return to the Screen Share Viewer
Note: Only the meeting host has this option. Other attendees will not be able to access the chat while someone is sharing their screen.
When screen sharing, what is displayed on attendees' screens?
When the presenter's screen is larger than an attendee's screen, the attendee will see scroll bars and the screen will move as the presenter moves his/her pointer. The window will always show the area of the screen that contains the mouse pointer.
