The following forms should be submitted via Footprints

  • New User Request Form (For access to email, computer login, online systems that utilize SSO, etc.)
  • Departure Form (To remove access to Email, computers, phone, etc.)
  • Move Form (Moving computer, phone, printer, update info in directories)
  • Position Change Form (Update department, title, and permissions)

Footprints is currently only accessible from on campus or via a Delhi computer with Direct Access (VPN)
