If you are experiencing an error when opening an application please try these instructions.
If the issue persists please contact the HelpDesk:
1.Click on the Windows Icon on the bottom left of your screen
2. Begin typing 'Software' and click on the results for 'Software Center'
3. Once it loads click on software that is not launching
4. Last you want to click 'Retry' and give it a few seconds. It should say 'Installed' and should work from there!
