Click on the Start button in the lower left and scroll down to Z and choose 'Start Zoom'
You may need to login, start by choosing 'Sign In'
Then choose 'Sign In with SSO'
You will then need to type delhi in the box and choose continue
You will then be brought to the familiar Single Sign On page, where you can enter your username and password
The Zoom App will now open and you will start by clicking ‘Schedule’
Name your meeting, choose a date, time and duration (You can choose to use your personal meeting room number under 'Advanced Options')
Once scheduled Zoom provides you with instructions for joining via computer or telephone to provide to your participants, similar to the below. You can choose to provide only the telephone instructions (outlined in red).
Navigate to delhi.zoom.us in a web browser and click 'Sign In', this will bring you to the single sign on page to enter your credentials
Click 'My Meetings' on the left
Click 'Schedule a New Meeting'
Enter a topic, optional description, date, time and duration and click 'Save' at them bottom
You'll then be brought to a confirmation page with invite options
You can 'Copy the invitation' and paste it into an email. You can choose to provide only the telephone instructions (outlined in red).
