Certain users when logged into Cool Query have experienced a problem with queries not functioning correctly. If you are experiencing this problem, please follow the steps below;
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Login to Cool Query
3. Click on 'Tools' then select 'Compatibility View Settings'
4. Click 'Add' then click 'Close' (the delhi.edu should automatically be in the box pictured below)
5. You will need to log into Cool Query again (it will prompt for this).
This change should be saved until updates are pushed, at which time you may need to go through these steps again.
