- Sign into Adobe Acrobat Sign with your full Delhi email: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login
- Under the 'Home' tab select 'Create a reusable template'

- Enter a name, drag and drop the file, then be sure to change any permissions as to who can use the template

- The next page is where you can add/edit/remove any fillable fields.
- Once the form is saved you will now have it in your 'Templates' section under the 'Managed' tab
