Go to start of metadata
  1. Sign into Adobe Acrobat Sign with your full Delhi email:
  2. Under the 'Home' tab select 'Create a reusable template'
  3. Enter a name, drag and drop the file, then be sure to change any permissions as to who can use the template
  4. The next page is where you can add/edit/remove any fillable fields.  
  5. Once the form is saved you will now have it in your 'Templates' section under the 'Managed' tab
